As a participant of the Unrealable Cruise Association 8th Annual Backpack Giveaway, You agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of
the Unrealable Cruise Asoociation from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. You agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by judges and
organizers of this event. By signing your signature below, you hereby agree to accept under reasonable conditions the final judgment and award of prizes of the
participating judges of the same event. In addition, you allow the Unrealable Cruise Association Car & Bike Show and selected sponsors photo rights of your vehicle
taken at the event for use in any form or manner. You understand and accept all rules and claim by my submission that all the above information is correct and
understand that any false information may jeopardize my eligibility in this competition.
Due to the special nature of these events, vehicle display space is not always guaranteed. It is highly advised for competitors to show up early. In the event that space
is no longer available, we humbly apologize.
Liability:
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate: Entries participants, and spectators by execution of this form, release and discharge the City of Inglewood,
State of California, Home Depot and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and servants and anyone else connected with management or
presentation of the Unrealable Cruise Association Car and Bike Show of and from any and all damages, inquires, losses, judgments, and/or claims of any causes
whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrants to this person or property. Further, each entrant agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entitles, firms, persons, and
bodies of and from any all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direct
control of entrant.
