Third Annual Gathering of English Motors at Fairbrook

WHEN: September 17 and 18, 2011. On September 18, the Car Show opens at 8:30 am and closes at 3:30 pm; the awards presentation begins at 3:30 pm. On September 17, the Motor Tour begins at 9:30 am. Both events are held rain or shine.

EVENT DESCRIPTIONS:

Car Show on September 18, 2011: English Motors at Fairbrook is a unique gathering of fine English motor cars and motor bikes including a judged show and a tour at Fairbrook Farm, a beautiful twenty-five acre horse ranch in Fallbrook, California. The expansive show field has room for 250 cars and up to 20 food and automotive-related booths. There are 25 classes plus awards for Best of Show, Reserve Best of Show, and Most Elegant Automobile. The show is open to the public; spectator admission is FREE. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event, or you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch. All proceeds from the English Motors at Fairbrook show and tour will be donated to Meals-On-Wheels Greater San Diego.

**NEW THIS YEAR**Motor Tour on September 17, 2001: For the first time, a VIP motor tour will take place the day before the show. It will include stops at two of the most prestigious collections in the greater San Diego area, as well as lunch and dinner. The last stop is Harrah's Rincon Casino in Valley Center. Motor Tour cars will be parked in a designated, secure area in front of the casino. Harrah's is hosting the tour group for dinner. The property, located just 22 minutes away from the show at Fairbrook, offers a special room rate for those who would like to spend the night. This is a unique chance to relax with fellow English motor car enthusiasts.

LOCATION: Fairbrook Farm, 4949 South Mission Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028; 760.728.0101. This beautiful, twenty-five acre horse ranch is located just off RT 15 in Fallbrook.

COSTS:

Car Show, September 18: FREE admission for car show spectators. $20 to register a car by September 7; $30 for day of event.

Motor Tour, September 17: $60 to register a car and driver; $20 for each additional passenger.
