10th Annual Uptown Whittier Car Show to showcase Exceptional cars & More...

The Whittier Uptown Association will present a Car Show Extravaganza. More Cars, More Vendors and More Fun! The 10th Annual Uptown Whittier Car Show will exhibit over 600 cars from muscle cars, hot rods, customs, antiques, and restored classics. Trophies will be awarded to each 1st place category. The Car Show will be held Saturday, August 14th, 2010, in Historic Uptown Whittier, along Greenleaf Ave. and Philadelphia St., beginning from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Bring the whole family for a full day of fun in the picturesque Uptown Whittier.

Live entertainment at two Budweiser Stages will feature “Jumpin Jack Benny”, playing blues music, and other popular music entertainment, including D.J. playing a variety of music. Great raffles, 50/50s and prizes are available at the Association Booth throughout the day.

With over 600 cars, 42 Vendors and local merchants open there will be a full day of events and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. There will be a B-B-Q cook-off starting at 4:00pm with great tastes from local Whittier merchants. This Event is in part sponsored by Whittier Uptown Association, Budweiser and Bud Light, ACS Group, and Extreme Tint. This Event is fit for the entire family so come and enjoy a memorable day.
